Our Westgate Apartment buildings are located at 655 and 661 on Colombia Dr. and 895 MacKenzie Dr. on the west side of Lima, Ohio. Situated in a nice neighborhood, the Westgate Apartments are off Latham Ave and are close to restaurants, banks, shopping and the University of Northwestern Ohio.
These apartments offer a walk in entrance from street level with small porches and the ability to plant flowers in front of your home. The area is safe and maintained within a great neighborhood surrounding the apartments.
The brick apartment buildings each have their own laundry facilities, but you are welcome to enter in the secured facilities at all the buildings. Each tenant receives one assigned covered car port and each apartment has an outdoor storage unit.
There are thirty-five units at the Westgate Apartments and all buildings are brick exterior. Each apartment has a state of the art security system, monitored smoke detectors and high speed internet all at no additional cost to you. Of the thirty-five apartments, thirty one are one bedroom and four are two bedroom apts. The floor plans are very similar with open concept living for the one bedroom apts.
This quaint community of apartments contains, working adults, retired adults and UNOH students. It is hard to not get to know your neighbors in this type of a community apartment living. There are no pets permitted unless service animals with paperwork. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
The landlord pays for trash, water and sewer and the tenant is responsible for electric. A security deposit equal to first month’s rent is required to hold any Westgate Apartment for two weeks as these apartments are rarely vacant and turn over quickly. A Twenty-five dollar application fee should accompany your signed application and full background and credit checks are performed on any potential tenant.
